Mediation Rates

  • Half-day mediations: $2,250
    • Rate includes 4 hours of hearing time, preparation (document review, pre-hearing attorney contact) and follow-up
  • Full-day mediations: $4,050
    • Rate includes 8 hours of hearing time, preparation (document review, pre-hearing attorney contact) and follow-up
  • All case administration is included at no charge
  • No additional charges for post-hearing follow-up
  • Additional agreed upon session time billed at $450 per hour
  • No cancellation charges     

Remote, in-person and hybrid options available

  • Remote mediation available via Zoom
  • In-person and hybrid mediations available at GJELL Law Offices in Orinda, CA
    • Easy access via BART and Hwy 24 with lots of onsite parking
