My Mediation Mission
I’ve now enjoyed the good fortune of handling personal injury and wrongful death cases on behalf of plaintiffs for 39 years. As part of that practice, I’ve valued and learned from the hundreds of mediations and settlement conferences in which I’ve taken part, presided over by many very talented mediators and settlement judges. I’m looking forward to using all that I have learned to get the best outcome for your case.
I believe that the most productive mediations happen when everyone involved invests enough time, energy and faith in the process to allow relationships to form and trust to be established. I believe in the process of settlement, acknowledging that each case has its own nuances, which in turn create their own timeline. If your case doesn’t settle at the initial session, I will follow up and keep you and your client updated until the case settles or tries.
